The SEAP Contract
* Offers up to 6 (or as negotiated) sessions for each employee and their family members per year.
*Cost - Company pays $90/hour rate for actual usage as invoiced monthly.
How do employees access SEAP?
*Self-Referral - Simply call Lifetalk at 362-2210 to arrange an appointment, then bring proof of employment with the contracted company such as a recent pay stub or company provides a regularly updated employee list. Family members need to also produce an Alberta Health Care Card indicating they are dependents of the employee.
* Company Referral - When company management may be involved by recommending SEAP to the employee or assists in making the appointment. Counselling information remains confidential.
